Privacy notice

Your privacy matters. This notice explains how your personal data is collected, used, stored and protected when you book a consultation or order a product, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.

What we collect

Depending on the service, we may collect: your name, WhatsApp number, email, chosen service and language; the health concern you share; and for astrology/tarot, your date, time and place of birth. Some of this is sensitive personal data and is collected only to deliver the service you request.

Consent & lawful basis

We process your data based on the consent you give when you submit a form or make a booking. You may withdraw consent at any time (see your rights below); withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. We do not use consent to justify any content that is otherwise not permitted.

How it is used

To arrange and deliver your consultation, contact you on WhatsApp or email about your booking, and send any report you have purchased. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Sensitive data, photos & records

Health information, birth details, photographs, consultation notes and any feedback you share are kept confidential and are not displayed publicly by default. We will never publish your photo, testimonial, chart, report or any private message without your explicit, verified permission.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet any legal, tax or record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your data sooner using the options below.

Third-party services

We use trusted third parties for payments (UPI/Razorpay/Stripe), messaging (WhatsApp/email) and basic analytics. They process limited data only to provide their service. We never ask for or store your UPI PIN, OTP, CVV, passwords or bank-login details.

Your data rights (DPDP Act 2023)

You may request access to a copy of your personal data, its correction, or its erasure at any time. You may also nominate another person to exercise these rights.

For any privacy concern, data request or complaint, contact our grievance officer:

We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days, in line with consumer-protection expectations.
